Stanley Maria Francisca was born in Curaçao on March 25, 1958, in the neighborhood of Marchena. Since 1978, he began practicing the sport of Bodybuilding and has accumulated over 30 years of experience in this sport. In addition to Bodybuilding, he has also practiced Volleyball, Weightlifting, Taekwondo, and Soccer.

Stanley Francisca has been involved in various roles, not only as an athlete but also as a coach for Diamond Gym athletes in local championships. He has also served as a coach in different countries where his athletes achieved international titles.
After a long journey as an athlete and coach, Stanley Francisca took on a leadership role in the local Bodybuilding Association. In September 2008, he successfully changed the Bodybuilding statute to allow women to have a voice and vote, ensuring that female athletes have the same value as male athletes in the sport.
In 2002, Stanley Francisca received recognition for 25 years of training and valuable contributions to sports from Prime Minister E. de Jong Elhage and Governor L. Dindial. In April 2006, CSF honored him with a plaque for 25 years of valuable contributions to sports and youth development in Curaçao.
In 2009, Stanley Francisca achieved the highest title as an Administrative Leader organized by CSF. On October 16, 2010, as the president, he approved the statutes of CBBWFA (Bodybuilding and Weightlifting Federation), reviving the inactive sport of Weightlifting.
In January 2014, the local Bodybuilding Federation honored Stanley Francisca as a pillar of tireless work, recognizing his roles as an athlete, coach, and leader.
Stanley Francisca served as the president of CBBFA for eight consecutive years from 2006 to 2013. Currently, he is the president of the BBBC Committee. As a promoter, Stanley organizes the Mr. Hercules, Most Beautiful Body Shape, and Couples championships for 25 consecutive years.
Stanley Francisca is currently an International Judge who evaluates athletes in championships. Over the years, he has mentored many young athletes who have achieved significant accomplishments both locally and internationally.
Stanley Francisca has paid tribute to various former athletes and leaders in the sport, recognizing their contributions and achievements.
In addition to his achievements, Stanley has brought professional bodybuilders to Curaçao for shows and lectures, contributing to the growth of the sport. He has also organized competitions for secondary school students and the Rookie Class category to support the physical and mental development of youth in the community. Through these efforts, Stanley has fostered unity among athletes in the sport.

In 2002 ontving Stanley Francisca een plaquette voor 25 jaar training en waardevolle bijdrage aan de sport, uitgereikt door premier E. de Jong Elhage en gouverneur L. Dindial.
In april 2006 kende CSF Stanley Francisca een plaquette toe voor 25 jaar training en waardevolle bijdrage aan de sport in de ontwikkeling van de jeugd in Corsou.
In 2009 behaalde Stanley Francisca de hoogste titel als administratief directeur, georganiseerd door CSF. Op 16 oktober 2010 keurde Stanley Francisca als voorzitter de statuten van de CBBWFA (Federatie voor Bodybuilding en Gewichtheffen) goed. De sport Gewichtheffen was jarenlang inactief geweest en Stanley heeft deze samen met zijn bestuur nieuw leven ingeblazen.
In januari 2014 werd Stanley Francisca door de lokale Bodybuilding Federatie gehuldigd als een bolwerk van onvermoeibare inzet, d.w.z.: Atleet, Coach en Leider.

Daarnaast heeft Stanley via deze sport bijgedragen aan de saamhorigheid tussen atleten.
